Famous Turkish actress Özgü Namal, known for her role in Kıskanmak, was involved in a serious traffic accident early this morning. The accident occurred on the Beykoz road, while the actress was on her way to the set with her two children.

According to reports, another vehicle crashed into the car driven by Namal’s chauffeur. Fortunately, Özgü Namal, her children, and the driver were all wearing seat belts, and the airbags deployed in time, preventing serious injuries.

They were immediately taken to the hospital by ambulance for medical check-ups. Sources close to the production revealed that the actress and her children, Su and Nefes, sustained only minor bruises.

Due to the accident, filming for the series has been temporarily paused for two days, while Namal takes time to rest and recover. The actress’s vehicle, however, was reported to be completely wrecked.
