Major Changes Ahead for “Inci Taneleri – Pearl Grains”: Season 3 Planned as the Final Season

New information is circulating about the hit Turkish series Inci Taneleri (Pearl Grains), suggesting significant changes may take place in the upcoming third season, which is also expected to be the show’s final chapter.

According to unofficial reports, the series may change its broadcast day, moving from Thursday to Tuesday. Although this decision has not yet been officially confirmed, it has already sparked strong reactions among viewers and television industry analysts.

🎭 New characters joining Season 3

Season three is expected to introduce two new major characters:

  • Servan, Dilber’s former boyfriend

  • Keledos, a mafia-related character who will disrupt the story’s balance

Casting and interviews for both roles are reportedly still ongoing. Their arrival is expected to intensify the drama, complicate relationships, and add new layers to the storyline.

🎬 16 episodes and a final conclusion

Another key detail revealed is that season three will consist of 16 episodes, after which the series will reach its final ending.

The show’s screenwriter and lead actor, Yılmaz Erdoğan, has already completed writing five episodes of the new season.

📺 Is changing the broadcast day a risk?

Despite the excitement, questions remain about whether changing the broadcast day is a wise move. The series has built a loyal Thursday audience, and such a shift could pose a risk—especially considering that Kanal D reportedly does not have a strong replacement series ready before the end of the season.

If the change does happen, it remains to be seen whether it will bring strategic benefits or risk losing a portion of its dedicated audience.
