Renowned Turkish actress Berguzar Korel, wife of celebrated actor Halit Ergenc and mother of three, has spoken openly about her personal and professional life, reflecting on her experience working alongside her husband.
Korel described acting with Halit as a truly special experience.
“It was both comfortable and challenging,” she admitted, explaining that sharing both family life and professional space at the same time added extra pressure.

She went on to explain that working with her husband inevitably affected their private life:
“Being in the same house and on the same set was a bit challenging. At the time, we only had one child, so we were somewhat separated, but work is always at the center of your life and you inevitably bring it home.”
Despite the challenges, Korel emphasized that the experience was wonderful and expressed her desire to work with Halit again in the future.

“The process was long and exhausting. It felt like a training camp,” she said, adding that her previous athletic background helped her endure the challenge.

Regarding her family, Korel confirmed that her children are doing well and noted that her youngest daughter, Leila, is four years old. She added that her children occasionally visit her on set and adapt easily.
